Veterans Day Deals and Freebies in Greater Boston

There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses that want to thank our veterans and active military members on Veterans Day by offering them FREE or discounted food or services on Friday, November 11 (unless another date is noted).Some deals are available for veterans only, while others are valid for both vetarans and active military personnel. In addition, proof of military status requirements vary at each location, so be sure to click on the links below and review the details of each offer before making a special trip. Some offers are only at participating locations, so you might want to call ahead to make sure before you go.

Here are this year’s restaurant Veterans Day Deals:

• Applebees: Veterans and active duty military, show proof of service and get a free meal November 11. Drink not included.
• Bar Louie: Free appetizer or entrée for veterans and active duty military on Friday, November 11.
• Buffalo Wild Wings: FREE wings and a side of fries for active duty and veterans
• California Pizza Kitchen: Veterans and active duty military get a FREE entrée from a special menu.
• Chili’s: US active duty and veterans can get a FREE meal.
• Chipotle: Active duty, reservists, veterans, and spouses can get a BOGO FREE bowl, salad, burrito, or tacos from 3:00 pm to closing.
• Cracker Barrel: Veterans will receive a complimentary Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake dessert.
• Friendly’s: FREE Breakfast or Burger meal for lunch or dinner for veterans or active duty military.
• Little Caesar’s: Veterans and active duty military members receive a free $5 lunch combo, which includes four slices of deep dish pizza, and a 20-ounce Pepsi product onNovember 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Longhorn Steakhouse: Receive a FREE appetizer or dessert plus 10% off your entire party’s bill. Includes veterans and current service members.
• Ninety-Nine Restaurant & Pub: FREE lunch from our 9 Real Size Entrées for $9.99 menu with purchase of an entree.
• Hooters: Veterans and active duty military personnel get a FREE entrée. 
• IHOP: Free Red, White and Blue pancakes (glazed strawberries, blueberry compote and whipped cream) to veterans and active duty military on November 11, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt: FREE 6-oz. frozen yogurt.
• Olive Garden: On November 11, veterans and active duty military get a free entrée from a special menu.
• Panera Bread: Free breakfast for active duty and veterans until 10:00 am. If you come after 10:00, you’ll get a coupon for to use another day.
• Price Chopper: FREE coffee and donut for Veterans from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Red Robin Free Burger and Fries All Veterans and Active Duty Military get a free Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries
• Texas Roadhouse: FREE lunch for all veterans (active, retired or former U.S. military) from a limited menu.
• TGI Fridays: FREE lunch menu item up to $12 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm for active duty and retired.
• The Chateau: FREE entree with proof of military service
• Uno’s: FREE entree or pizza with a purchase of equal or greater value for military past and present
• Wayback Burger: FREE Wayback Classic Cheeseburger

• Boston Duck Tours: FREE tour for Veterans and Active Military now through November 11. Tickets for dependents are just $10! Tickets must be purchased the day of the tour at one of our Departure Locations.
• Buckle: Get 10% off online purchases every day.
• Car Wash: Veterans and service personnel get a FREE car wash. You might want to call your local car wash location to find out if they are participating.  Participating car washes include ScrubaDub, Simoniz, and more.
• Great Clips: FREE haircut for veterans and active duty military. If you don’t need a haircut, stop by and pick up a card good for a free haircut through Dec. 31.
• Hair Cuttery: For every haircut purchased on November 11th, a FREE haircut certificate will be donated to a veteran.
• Hall at Patriots Place: Free admission to the Hall for Active Military and Veterans from November 11-13, 2016
• Meineke: FREE basic oil change for veterans and active duty.
• Musician’s Friend: Through Nov. 11, get 10% off an order of $99 or more or 15% off an order or $399 or more. Use the coupon code VETSDAY16.
• National Parks: On Veterans Day, National Parks are FREE for everyone, so this might be a good time for a road trip.
• Red Roof Inn: Get 15% off during the entire month of November.
• SportsClips: FREE haircuts for Veterans.
• Wedding gowns: Brides Across America provides free wedding gowns for military brides from November 6-18.
• Zoo: FREE entrance to Franklin Park and Stone Zoo for veterans from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
