It’s time to get ready for the 2017 Oscars. If you haven’t had a chance to see all of this year’s nominees for Best Picture this is the perfect deal for you. AMC Theaters is hosting their 10th annual Best Picture Showcase.
How does the Oscar Showcase at AMC Theaters work?
On two consecutive Saturdays in February, participating AMC theaters are showing 4 of the Best Picture nominees back to back. You can choose to buy tickets for day 1, day 2, or both. The cost is $35 for each day–about a 25% savings compared to usual movie ticket prices. If you buy both days there’s a $5 discount. Two day passes are only available at the box office. Tickets go on sale on Friday, January 27, 2017.
The Oscar showcase will be shown on February 18th and 25th. As of yet, they’ve not announced what movies are airing on which day.

On top of bragging rights for attending this event, AMC Stubs Premier members get an exclusive Bonus Bucks offer to spend the day of the event: $5 Bonus Bucks (per day) for the two-day event or $10 for the marathon.
