This Saturday, March 11, 2017 is the annual Maple Syrup Boil Down Festival in Somerville. During this annual event, all of the sap collected this year will be boiled to create yummy maple syrup.
In addition to all the fun of the boil down itself, there will also be pancakes to enjoy with the fresh syrup, live music, and games at the festival.
