Calling all runners. Did you know yoga can improve your running? While anyone can attend this Free yoga class, its geared especially towards runners.
What will this free yoga class do for me?
- Bring balance to overworked muscles used when running
- Provide strength to the areas of the body that are needed in order to run more efficiently
- Help lengthen the quads, hamstrings and calves and open the chest and hips
- Finally, you’ll get core, hips, glutes and quad strenghtening
Attend the class on Sunday January 21, 29, or February 12 (or all three) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The class is being held at Boston Marathon adidas Runbase located at 855 Boylston Street. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!
Mats are available but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
