Whether you’re at home or traveling, you can get FREE museum admission to more than 1,300 venues in all 50 states–(9 here in Massachusetts!) during the eleventh annual Smithsonian Museum Day Live! on Saturday, March 12. To get started, visit the Museum Day site and fill out a form with some basic information. Then, your ticket will be e-mailed to you for printing. Each ticket is good for FREE admission for two people at a participating museum. The Museum Day ticket is good for two people per household, per address. Limit one ticket per household.
BLOTC Tip: Each ticket allows only two people in, so if you’re planning on going as a family or group, you might consider registering for additional admit-two tickets through other family members or friends.
“Museum Day Live! unites a spectacular array of museums across the country around Smithsonian’s commitment to make knowledge accessible to everyone,” says Stephen Giannetti, Chief Revenue Officer of Smithsonian Enterprises.
