School’s out for SUMMER!! And finally the weather is starting to feel like it. As you make your plans for the upcoming holiday weekend, or the rest of the summer, here are some outdoor fun summer ideas for kids (and you!)

I don’t know what it is but I love anything mini or giant-sized. That’s why I love the idea of converting some of our family’s favorite games into giant-sized versions to play in the backyard. They regularly host FREE events but they’ve really loaded up the calendar for the summer. There’s hiking, bird watching, family outings, family bike trips, treasure hunts, and more. The events are in and around Boston and some are offered on multiple days and multiple locations. They will be dependent on the weather, so be sure to check the calendar before heading out to be sure the event is still on.
