McDonald’s of Eastern New England is kicking off 2017 Big! With a Big Mac, or actually three, to be more specific. For the first time since the Big Mac’s birth almost 50 years ago, McDonald’s is launching two new sizes. The Mac Jr. and the Grand Mac. On January 31, Bostonians can enjoy whichever Big Mac they prefer and they can get it from the brand new customized digital Big Mac ATM. Oh and did I mention its a FREE Big Mac?
When and Where can you get your FREE Big Mac?
The “Big” event will take place on Tuesday, January 31 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. You can find the ATM the McDonald’s in Kenmore Square–540 Commonwealth Avenue.
Alongside the iconic Big Mac, the ATM will offer two new sizes: The Mac Jr. and the Grand Mac. For fans who can’t commit to a regular sized, the Mac Jr. is a single patty version of the burger that packs the same flavor with one less layer. The Grand Mac, for those who think a Big Mac simply isn’t enough, boasts two bigger 100% beef patties weighing 1/3 of a pound and served on two larger sesame buns. Each size still includes melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, minted onions, tangy pickles and the iconic Big Mac Sauce.
