From now through October 31, you can stay fit with a variety of FREE fitness classes at the Seaport. There are classes 5 days a week in mornings, afternoon and evenings. Plus, there’s live music provided by DJ Sprino.
Here’s the complete schedule:
5:30pm Boot Camp with Achieve with Athena
6:30pm Kickboxing with Monique from Burpees to Bubbly
9:30am Yoga with Jenna Hill
6:30pm CDV Boxing Conditioning with Chris DaVeiga from EverybodyFights
6:45pm Kick It by Eliza
12pm Yoga with Jenna Hill
10am Kick It by Eliza
