Calling all Boston Runners. Running is certainly a great way to stay in shape. However, keeping in shape can help improve your running too. By that I mean, keeping your core strong and healthy.
To help out, Marathon Sports has partnered with FLX Training in Wellesley to offer a pair of FREE Boston runners fitness classes. You’ll improve your technique through function-based exercises to strengthen your core and improve your body movements. This will help turn you into a stronger and more efficient runner. They promise you’ll have fun too.
When can all of you Boston runners work on improving your technique?
The classes are Monday, September 19 and September 26 from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm at FLX Training in Wellesley.
Even though this is a FREE event, they ask that your register here so they’ll have an idea of a headcount.
